Roomba Blue Light Blinking: What It Means and How to Fix It

  If roomba blue light blinking it means that the robot is either completing a task or is having trouble with something.  A blue light on the majority of Roomba models frequently indicates that the robot is actively looking for its home base or attempting to find a specific location to clean. When the Roomba receives a Dock order and tries to return to its charging station the LED usually blinks. The Roomba may be trying to connect to your home Wi-Fi network or it may be trying to interact with another device such as a Virtual Wall barrier if the blue light is blinking and it is not moving. The Roomba's dirt detecting sensors may malfunction or become blocked by dust or debris which is another frequent reason why you can notice a blinking blue light.
